Inventory value
On-hand quantity and cost value for each SKU × location — the detail behind Total Inventory Value on the dashboard.
Inventory value lists every SKU × location with on-hand quantity, unit cost, and extended cost value. It is the line-level view behind the Total inventory value figure on the main dashboard.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Reports → Inventory value (/dashboard/reports/inventory-value). Select a shop first.
What you see
Three summary cards at the top (they follow your filters):
- Total inventory value — sum of
on-hand qty × unit cost(synced Shopify cost). - Units in stock — sum of available qty for SKUs that have a cost.
- Line items — how many SKU × location rows have stock and cost.
Each row includes:

| Product | Product name; variant shown underneath when it isn’t Default Title |
| SKU | Variant SKU when set |
| Location | Shopify location |
| Qty | On-hand (available) at that location |
| Unit cost | Synced Shopify cost used for valuation |
| Value | Qty × unit cost |
Click a product to open Stock Replenishment filtered to that name.
Filters and export
- Search — product, variant, SKU, or location.
- Location — limit the table to one warehouse.
- Sort — any column; value defaults to high-to-low.
- Export — download the filtered table as CSV.
How to use it
- Confirm the dashboard total by scanning high-value rows.
- Filter a location before a stock take or transfer.
- Jump to replenishment for SKUs that are tying up cash.
For cost quality (Shopify unit cost vs what you paid on POs), use SKU COGS instead of this list.
